Katie Morgan-Bell possesses extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Progressive Property since October 2015, where responsibilities include supporting the CEO and fostering organizational culture. Prior to this role, Katie was a Team Leader in Transport Services at Betta Cars from January 2006 to October 2015, managing administrative tasks for the CEO and overseeing daily transport operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Workforce Development Coordinator at Peterborough City Council and as a SEN Administrator, managing funding and logistical arrangements for transport services. Katie holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources and a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources from University Centre Peterborough, along with A-Levels in multiple social sciences from Stamford College.
