Allison Swartz

Allison Swartz serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Progyny, Inc., where focus is on providing risk-aware legal solutions that drive growth in the fertility and women's health sector. Prior to joining Progyny in November 2022, Swartz held the position of Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at K Health and previously served as Regional General Counsel at Centene Corporation after being promoted from General Counsel of Superior HealthPlan, Inc. Swartz's legal experience includes significant roles at Superior HealthPlan, Arise Healthcare, and MedChi, where contributions involved contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and operational guidance. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, along with a Master’s in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland.
