Karen DeRose currently holds the position of Senior Director, Product - Strategic Partnerships at Progyny, Inc., where Karen leads the development of innovative Women's and Family Health solutions and designs strategic roadmaps to maintain market leadership. Prior to this, Karen served as Healthcare Innovation Global Benefits Delivery Manager for Amazon, focusing on reproductive health and family-building benefits while partnering with industry experts. At Slalom, Karen was a Senior Principal and Delivery Product and Program Manager, overseeing large-scale products for Fortune 500 clients and fostering team development. Karen began a career in management consulting, progressing to Client Success Director and Account Manager roles, and worked with notable companies such as Qwest/CenturyLink and T-Mobile to drive operational improvements. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
