Paola Tatay

Paola Compés Tatay serves as the Head of ESG & Platform at Project A Ventures since October 2022, contributing to one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms that manages over $1 billion in assets. In addition, Paola holds the position of Head of ESG at VentureESG and is a member of CDP, where responsibilities included managing relationships with 14 major European companies to support sustainable supply chain practices. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager for Sustainable Supply Chains at CDP, Senior Client Solutions Associate at GLG, and various roles in research and coordination in esteemed organizations. Educational qualifications comprise a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London, along with a Baccalauréat in Economics from Lycée Français de Valence.
