Project Access
Allison Stanley is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Project Access, Inc. since April 2012. In this role, Allison has been responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to compensation and benefits management, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and employee relations. Prior to this position, Allison worked as Manager of Benefits and Administration at B&H Education from July 2011 to March 2012. Allison holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business (2021), a BA in History from California State University, Stanislaus, and additional certificates in Human Resource Management, 360 Feedback, and Group Facilitation Methods & Strategic Planning from California State University, Fullerton, Center for Creative Leadership, and the Institute of Cultural Affairs, respectively.

In 2020, Project Access’ programs successfully served over 22,500 people.
