Peter Lucas, MBA, serves as the Senior Product Manager for Service Provider Adoption at Project Equity, focusing on promoting employee ownership as a succession strategy for small businesses. Previously, Peter held roles such as Product Manager for Membership Competency & Learning at The Institute of Internal Auditors, where contributions included developing professional education products for IIA members. At IQPC Exchange, Peter generated significant revenue through educational content for C-Suite executive forums and established a robust network for engagement. With experience as a consultant for the National Organization for Vehicle Accessibility and extensive tenure as Education & Training Director at the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, Peter successfully implemented numerous training and certification programs. Peter began a career by founding English for Life / Language for Life, Inc., providing training and translation services to major Fortune 500 clients. Peter holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
