Stephanie Perry is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Administration at Project Equity since September 2024, Perry also founded Consult50 in December 2018, providing financial consulting services aimed at fostering long-term business growth. Previous roles include VP of Finance & Operations at Dictionary.com and theSkimm, as well as Vice President of Operations at Fortune Magazine. Additionally, Perry has held senior finance positions at Meredith Corporation and Time Inc Alumni, overseeing significant budgets and financial stewardship. Stephanie Perry holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College, a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Certificate in Human Resources from UCLA.

Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Project Equity works with partners around the country to raise awareness about employee ownership asan exit strategy for business owners, and as an important approach for increasing employee engagement and wellbeing. Thry also provide hands on consulting and support to companies that want to transition to employee ownership, as well as to the new employee-owners to ensure that they, and their businesses, thrive after the transition.
