Girls For Girls (G4G) Portugal is part of a global platform that seeks to cultivate girls and young women’s capacity to lead, through mentorship, inspiration and networking. It offers a nurturing and supportive environment bringing girls and women together within and across generations and cultures to build confidence, courage and curiosity.

We believe that every young woman (regardless of race, socio-economic status, ability) has to have confidence, technical leadership skills, and access to a support system to successfully progress into leadership positions in her community and in her work.
