Roland Duerr

Roland Duerr has extensive experience in finance and nonprofit organization management. Currently serving at Project HOPE since July 2019, Roland focuses on nonprofit management. Previously, at Motorola Solutions from July 2003 to December 2019, Roland held the position of Head of Global Finance Operations and Managing Director, overseeing Global Finance Shared Services across locations in Krakow, Poland, and Penang, Malaysia. This role encompassed a wide range of finance functions, including Accounts Receivables, Credit Management, Accounts Payables, Travel Expenses, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting & Compliance, Internal Control, and Business Finance. Early in the career, Roland served as Managing Director Finance at Black & Decker and held the position of Junior Controller from 1986 to 1989.
