Meg Shay, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President, Academic & Faculty Affairs at Project Kitty Hawk, where responsibilities include leading the development and operations for academic support services and cultivating partnerships. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant and Associate Professor at Southern New Hampshire University, where Meg taught a range of business courses and held the position of department chair. Other notable teaching roles include Assistant Professor at Colby-Sawyer College, where courses focused on Sport Management, and various adjunct positions that provided instruction in sport management, international business, and marketing. Meg holds a Ph.D. in International Business, an MBA with a concentration in Sport Management, and a B.S. in Sport Management, all from Southern New Hampshire University.

Founded in 2022, we are funded by a $97 million grant from the North Carolina General Assembly.
