Josh Friend has accumulated diverse experience in the field of technical and customer support. Josh began their career in 2006 at Sprint as an Assistant Manager and later transitioned to roles at Samsung Electronics, MOBI Wireless, Fanimation, and Dickinson Fleet Services. Currently, they are serving as the Lead Technical Support Specialist at Project Lead The Way since December 2019.
Josh Friend attended Ball State University from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
