Terry Aukeman

Terry Aukeman has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in different roles and industries. Starting as a Science Teacher in 1998, Terry worked at Warsaw Community High School, where they later became the Head Coach for Swimming and Diving as well as a JV Baseball coach. In 2008, Terry transitioned to Warsaw Area Career Center, working as a PLTW Biomedical Science Teacher. Terry then moved on to Project Lead The Way in various roles, including Master Teacher, Associate Director, and eventually as Senior Director and Director of School Engagement, where they focused on developing sales strategies, leading teams, and organizing professional development activities. In between, Terry also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy.

Terry Aukeman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Secondary Science Education from Grace College & Seminary in 1998. Terry later earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction from Olivet Nazarene University in 2003. In 1994, they attended Hudsonville High. Additionally, they hold various certifications in Human-Centered Systems Thinking, Highspot, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Indiana Teaching License for Biology and Chemistry, and Pharmacy Technician.
