Zach has worked at companies such as Project Lead The Way, Anthem, Inc., Hologic, Inc., and Suros Surgical Systems, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and multidisciplinary skills in the healthcare and medical device industry.
Zach Nicoson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the same institute, and has completed various executive education programs focusing on business analytics, finance, corporate strategy, and data analytics at universities such as MIT, Bentley, the University of Chicago, and Indiana University. In 2019, they obtained certification as an OKR Expert from WorkBoard Inc.
