Arup Das is a seasoned technology leader specializing in AI and digital transformation, currently serving as the Senior AI and Digital Transformation Leader at a global non-profit organization since July 2024. With extensive expertise in AI technologies, including Agentic AI, Core ML, and generative AI, Arup drives strategy and development for AI products while leading engineering, data science, and product management teams. Prior experience includes transformational roles such as CTO at Octro Inc., where Arup scaled the engineering team significantly, and Chief Technology & Product Officer at Goals101, contributing to startup advancements. Arup also held senior leadership positions at Aristocrat Gaming, Nucleus Software, Mphasis, and Cisco, focusing on product innovation, engineering leadership, and strategic business transformations, consistently recognized for enhancing team performance and delivering high-impact results. Arup holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary, and a BS in Computer Science from Jadavpur University.
