With ProKo, clients get top talent without employment risk or ridiculous fees, while consultants make and keep more money. ProKo provides the corporate structure, insurance, and contracts to allow the consultant to be paid on a 1099 business-to-business basis. This allows the consultant to keep more of what they earn by taking business tax deductions, and it allows the client to avoid paying an 18-50% mark-up on the consultant’s rates. A dramatically lower mark-up means that more of the client’s budget is going to the consultant, so they can afford higher caliber talent.
