Dave Holzbauer is an experienced professional in operations management and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Lean Program Manager at Prolec Energy since August 2006, Dave has also held roles as Lead Production Supervisor and Senior Lean Engineer within the company. Prior to Prolec, Dave completed the Operations Management Leadership Program at General Electric from January 2004 to August 2006, focusing on lean materials and supervision. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1999 and 2004.
