Cynthia Watson has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Cynthia has held various roles in multiple companies over their career. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Primary Care Specialty Sales Representative and later as an Ophthalmic Specialty/Institutional Hospital Representative at Alcon, a Novartis company. In 2002, they joined Pfizer as a Biotech Specialty Sales Specialist. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Senior Regional Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec. Cynthia then worked at Medicis as a Senior Sales Professional from 2008 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Merz North America, first as a Senior Territory Manager and later as a Senior East Coast Strategic Manager until 2016. In 2017, they became the Director of Strategic Accounts at Merz North America. Cynthia then worked at Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. as Director of Strategic Accounts until 2019. Currently, they serve as the U.S. Executive Director of Sales - National Accounts at Prollenium US.
Cynthia Watson attended Rutgers University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism & Mass Media. Cynthia also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies during the same period.
