Heather Pillot

Heather Pillot is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Prologis since February 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held senior legal positions at Rivian, including Senior Legal Director for Commercial Transactions and Supply Chain, where responsibilities included complex commercial contracts, compliance, and ethics functions. Heather earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and holds a degree in Philosophy and French Language and Culture from Wayne State University.
