Kosta Karmaniolas

Kosta Karmaniolas, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Client Relations for the Western U.S. and Canada at Prologis, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at Rexford Industrial for a brief period in 2021 and various roles at Prologis, including Vice President of Financial Operations and Investor Relations, and Vice President of Investor Relations, contributing to Prologis Mexico and FIBRA Prologis. Kosta also held significant positions at The PMI Group, Inc., Charles Schwab, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, starting as a Financial Consultant, Credit Analyst, and Credit Administrator. Kosta earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona.
