Sarah Schneider is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Human Resources at Promega Corporation since October 2012, Sarah oversees a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management while acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. Prior to Promega, Sarah held the role of Human Resources Manager at Accuray, where responsibilities included providing HR support to various operational sectors for over 400 employees. Sarah's career began at TomoTherapy, where roles included Human Resources Generalist and Administrator. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University.
