Rashmi S is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead - HR at Prometheus Group since June 2017, Rashmi manages a wide range of HR functions including training, employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and performance improvement plans. Prior to this, Rashmi held the position of Senior Executive - People at Roadrunnr from November 2015 to May 2017 and was responsible for junior level recruitment and payroll management. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive - HR at CommonFloor.com, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement activities, and as a Research Coordinator at Hindustan Unilever Research Centre, where candidate screening and research were key responsibilities.
