Danny Lipsitz

Danny Lipsitz serves as the SVP of Finance & Sales Operations at Prometric since July 2024, where responsibility includes controlling an education technology portfolio company of EQT Private Capital Asia. Previously, Danny held the position of SVP of Revenue at Within3, managing a healthcare technology portfolio for Insight Partners. Earlier roles include SVP of Commercial Operations at McGraw Hill and Achieve3000, where Danny contributed to portfolio management during the acquisition processes. Danny's experience in sales operations began at Flatiron Health, which achieved a notable acquisition by Roche. Prior career roles include positions in corporate strategy at Assurant and investment solutions at Citi, along with internship experiences at Point72. Danny holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Columbia University, and is recognized as an Oxbridge Scholar from the University of Cambridge.
