Andres Loorpuu is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in the telecommunications and contact center industries. Having served as Executive Director at Prominion since March 2003, previously known as IP Callcenters, Andres has been instrumental in expanding the company's services beyond traditional contact center operations. Prior to this role, Andres held positions including Technical Sales Support Manager at KPNQwest Estonia and Sales at EUnet Estonia. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Concordia International University Estonia, obtained between 1994 and 2004, as well as secondary education at Tallinna 49. Keskkool from 1982 to 1994.
