Justin Lang

Justin Lang serves as the Training & Resource Center Director at Promising People since January 2024 and has been the Program Director at Incredible Work, LLC, since February 2017. Lang founded and manages a learning and development consulting business that specializes in training, mentorship, and event services for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include leading operational strategies, curriculum development, team management, and budget oversight for events with up to 500 attendees. Additionally, Lang has held various positions within education, including roles as Community Engagement Specialist and On-boarding Program Lead at Orange County Public Schools, where significant contributions were made to program design and faculty development. With early career experience in counseling and B2B sales, Justin Lang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, along with a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature.
