Sierra Brader's work experience begins with a role as a Study Abroad Program and Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014 and 2015. In this role, they held office hours, graded assignments, and prepared materials for classes in Discrete Math, Information Security, and Ethics. Sierra also supervised and supported students adjusting to life in Barcelona.

From 2016 to the present, Sierra has been employed by PromoFarma by DocMorris. Sierra began as a Software Engineer, working from April 2016 to August 2017. After that, they ascended to the role of Lead Data Engineer/Scientist, a position they held from August 2017 to January 2020. Most recently, Sierra has been serving as the Head of Data since January 2020.

Sierra Brader began their education at Southern Lehigh High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also participated in a Dual-Enrollment program in Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Lehigh Valley. Additionally, they attended the University of Pennsylvania's Summer Academy in 2010, focusing on Computer Science. Sierra then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. In 2012, they also had the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this experience.
