As the CEO at promoGEN, Tomas focuses on building and running offshore subsidiaries for American start-ups. Prior to this, Tomas was the Head of Operations at OAK'S LAB, where Tomas helped start-ups scale their software development teams in economical offshore locations. Tomas also has experience in sales and recruitment, having worked at James Cook Languages, Hays, and Southwestern Advantage. Tomas holds a Master of Education degree from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
