Suhas Basakhetre has a work experience of over 30 years. Suhas started their career in 1988 as a Senior Consultant at Classic Labour Advisory Services. In this role, they handled key accounts of the company, acted as an Industrial Relations Advisor, and managed labor law compliance for clients. In 1997, they became the Managing Director at Prompt Personnel, a leading temp staffing company that provides various HRM services. Suhas has successfully expanded the company's operations across six cities in India and plans to add three more cities by the end of this year.
Suhas Basakhetre completed the Executive Education program in Leading Professional Service Firms at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a M.L.S. degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Legislations from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies from 1986 to 1988. Suhas Basakhetre also completed a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Bhavans College, Andheri (west) in 1985-1986.
