Joe Kaufman

Joe Kaufman is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in startup environments and recruitment. Currently serving as the Founder of Talent Tap since July 2024, Joe emphasizes trusted and transparent hiring practices. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at PromptQL since April 2025, Joe contributes to strategic hiring initiatives. Previously, Joe co-founded Mavik Ventures, where the focus was on providing flexible recruiting solutions in response to economic demands. Joe's career also includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at ClickBank and Split (acquired by Harness). Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math (Education) from the University of Idaho, earned in December 2007.
