Neal Shaver

Neal Shaver is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for Strategic Accounts at Proofpoint since October 2014, Neal has held multiple high-level positions within the organization including Vice President of Sales for Enterprise Named Accounts West and Director of Sales. Prior to Proofpoint, Neal accumulated significant experience at Cisco Systems from 2005 to 2014, where roles included Regional Manager for various regions and responsibilities for developing go-to-market strategies and managing substantial teams. Neal's career also includes leadership roles at NEC Unified Solutions, NEC Business Network Solutions, and Enterprise Networking Systems, where Neal consistently achieved sales growth and managed large teams. Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric Communications from the University of California, Davis.
