Vincent Merlin

Vincent Merlin has extensive experience in global marketing and sales, currently serving as SVP of Global Marketing & Inside Sales at Proofpoint since October 2016. Prior to this role, Vincent held significant positions at AVEVA as Head of Global Demand Generation and EMEA Marketing Director, and at EMC in various marketing leadership roles. Vincent’s career began at EXFO as Regional Sales Manager and Lead Application Engineer, followed by a role as R&D Project Manager at Saint-Gobain and as R&D Engineer at the CEA. Vincent holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an Engineer degree from Institut d'Optique Graduate School, and a Master of Science in Physics from Université Côte d'Azur.
