Mark Catton

Mark Catton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and leadership roles. Mark has held the position of CEO in various organizations, including Propel Finance, where they supported SMEs with equipment finance and developed partnerships with major companies. Mark also served as CEO of Oracle Finance, a regulated credit broker specializing in financing luxury cars. Before that, they were the CEO of RBS Corporate for the UK, responsible for serving and supporting a significant portion of the UK's large and mid corporates across various sectors. Additionally, Mark Catton held executive positions in Barclays Investment Bank and Barclays, where they led corporate banking, managed a large team, and was responsible for developing customer relationships. Mark also served as a Non-Executive Director at Direct Line Group. Their career began at NatWest, where they gained extensive experience in branch banking, client management, risk management, sales leadership, and regional team leadership in corporate and SME banking.

Mark Catton completed an Executive Leadership Program in association with Harvard, Wharton, and Insead from 2007 to 2013. Before that, they attended the London Business School Corporate Finance Program in 2005. In 2003, Mark participated in the YSC Leadership Development program sponsored by Barclays Exec Talent. Additionally, they completed a Corporate Treasury Management (AMCT) program in 1997 and became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) in 1991.
