Jonel Seon

Jonel Seon is a business professional with a background in sustainability and account management. Jonel is currently the Growth Lead at Propelland, a sustainability design firm. Prior to their current role, Jonel was the Business Manager at Designit, where they provided analysis of monthly financial statements, coordinated exclusivity agreements with manufacturers and clients, and created key processes for lowering project turnaround times. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Punchcut, where they managed client accounts and delivered excellent customer service.

Jonel's commitment to sustainability began when they were a Fellow at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. There they worked on various sustainability projects and gained valuable experience in the field. This led their to their next role as Account Manager at Red Bay Coffee, where they managed daily business operations for the sustainability design firm. In this role, Jonel was responsible for providing analysis of monthly financial statements, coordinating exclusivity agreements with manufacturers and clients, and creating key processes for lowering project turnaround times.

After several years working in sustainability, Jonel decided to return to their roots in account management. Jonel took on the role of Program Coordinator at Lincoln Families, where they managed the CEO Youth program. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating program activities, communicating with participants and their families, and ensuring that the program ran smoothly. After two years in this role, Jonel was promoted to Program Manager and continued to manage the CEO Youth program until they left Lincoln Families in 2018.
