Vinay Sylvester

Vinay Sylvester has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Starting at Unisys as an Associate in 2015, they then moved on to Rivera Manpower Services as a Senior HR Representative. Subsequently, they joined Macadam Management Services as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to their current role as Talent Acquisition Lead at Propelld, Vinay was an Associate Manager in Talent Acquisition at MyGate, focusing on security and community management.

Vinay Sylvester attended St. Josephs College of Arts & Science for (W) from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations.
