Lou Franz

Lou Franz is currently a consultant at Propeller. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Sales Operations at The Standard from April 2014 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for expanding the capabilities, processes, and technology necessary to enable successful sales administration for an insurance company focused on retirement and investment products. Lou also crafted the strategy and instituted quarterly business reviews (QBR) for the executive team, capturing performance against company KPIs and highlighting trends and recommended actions across operating functions. In partnership with IT, they led several development efforts to add and enhance functionality to Salesforce workflows.

From 2010 to 2013, Lou Franz was the Director of Operations at Alling Henning Associates. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

From 2016 to 2019, Lou Franz was the General Manager and Head of Operations at Odin Distillations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company as well as developing and implementing business strategies.

Since 2006, Lou Franz has been working as a Business Management Consultant. In this role, they provide advice and guidance to clients on a variety of topics related to business management, including strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.

Lou Franz graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Idaho. Lou then went on to earn a certification from APICS in Certified Supply Chain Professional. Most recently, they have earned a certification from Villanova University in Six Sigma Green Belt.
