Scott Wolpert possesses extensive experience in property tax consulting and real estate appraisal. Currently serving as the Director of Valuation and Valuation Consultant at Property Assessment Review since April 2003, Scott has been instrumental in the growth of St. Louis' largest commercial property tax consulting firm. As Managing Partner at PAR Residential from January 2009 to April 2025, Scott has provided property tax consulting and appeal services for 1-4 family properties in St. Louis County, Missouri. Prior experience includes a partnership at BSSW LLC, which specializes in multi-family residential real estate projects, and an appraisal role at Dinan Real Estate Advisors, Inc. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Saint Louis University, earned in 2000.
