Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Property Hub since February 2022, Richard develops and executes HR strategies, oversees recruitment processes, and ensures legal compliance while also supporting business needs and agent success. Prior to this role, Richard held positions at GCH Hotel Group as Assistant Human Resources Manager and at Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa as Human Resources Coordinator, contributing to employee relations, organizational needs assessment, and labor relations. Richard's experience also includes roles in human resources at Concord Hotel Doha and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and office administration. Richard completed education at Indian Public High School Ras al Khaimah.
