Tjaart Opperman

Tjaart Opperman has extensive work experience in the field of Analog IC design. Tjaart started their career at Azoteq (Pty) Ltd in 2008 as an IC Design Engineer and later became a Senior IC Design Engineer. In 2019, they joined PROPHESEE as a Senior IC Designer and then progressed to the role of Staff Analog IC Design Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Analog IC Design Engineer at PROPHESEE, starting from August 2022.

Tjaart Opperman pursued their education at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. From 2002 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Engineering. Subsequently, they furthered their studies and completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Microelectronic Engineering from 2006 to 2008 at the same institution.
