Jen Casimiro

Jen Casimiro is an accomplished professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Prophet since February 2023. As a Founding Member of the Experts Council for Hacking HR since December 2021, Jen contributes to a global learning community focused on advancing the HR profession. Prior experience includes six years at IDEO, where Jen held multiple roles within the Global Talent team, culminating as Senior Talent Director and Head of the Talent Department of DEI. Jen has also worked at LeaderSpring as a Program Associate, focusing on leadership development, and participated in Public Allies as an AmeriCorps member. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a focus on Racial Justice from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
