Tanja Marcus (PrEng) is an experienced Process Engineering Manager at ProProcess since April 2011, specializing in project management, process engineering, and the detailed design and implementation of various studies and small process plants. Prior to this role, Tanja worked as a Process Engineer at TWP Consulting from August 2006 to March 2011, focusing on CBE studies and the implementation of copper, cobalt, and PGM plants. Tanja began a career in process engineering at Mintek, contributing to the Hydrometallurgical Division by conducting test work for the African metallurgical industry from August 2004 to August 2006. Tanja holds a Master of Science in Engineering (2003-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (1998-2002) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
