Ilko Boyadjiev's work experience begins with their role as a Customer Success Manager at Propy Inc., starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HOLA BG as a Business Retreat Facilitator from October 2020 onwards. Additionally, Ilko held the position of Hotel Manager at Expo Hotel Plovdiv from April 2009 until May 2021.

Ilko Boyadjiev attended the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
