Eileen Sweeney

Eileen Sweeney joined PROS in 2024 as Head of Global Sales, where she leads the company’s sales strategy, execution, and client partnerships worldwide. With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and technology services, she has a strong track record of driving growth through complex, multi-year transformation deals and building lasting C-level relationships.

Before joining PROS, Eileen held senior executive roles at Capgemini, Adecco, Virtustream (a Dell company), Iron Mountain, and CSC (now DXC), where she managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and led business turnarounds, organizational change, and global transformation initiatives. She is widely recognized for building high-performing, inclusive teams and fostering cultures of engagement and wellbeing.

Eileen holds an MBA and MS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Union College.
