Maria Terry Careaga

Maria Terry Careaga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they work at Proscia as the Global Sales Operations Director since May 2023. Prior to this, they also held the position of Sales Operations Director, EMEA at Proscia since September 2021.

Before joining Proscia, Maria worked at Philips Pathology as the Business Development Manager for Philips DCP from March 2021 to September 2021. Maria also served as the Global Tenders Coordinator, where they established processes and procedures for Tenders in Digital & Computational Pathology and built relationships with key markets.

Earlier in their career, Maria worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Tenders Manager for the EMEAI region from October 2015 to October 2017. Maria started as a Tender specialist and eventually became the Manager of the Tenders team, ensuring workload distribution and continuous development.

Maria's work experience also includes roles at Herinneringen op Linnen B.V. as the Market Manager at Holalienzo from October 2011 to July 2013, no+vello as an Interim Officemanager from August 2009 to May 2010, Grupo Vitaldent as an Officemanager from December 2005 to April 2009, ISEEC as a Teacher and student coordinator from September 2005 to December 2005, T-Systems International GmbH as an HR Consultant/Recruiter from January 2005 to December 2005, and Ahold as an HR Consultant and Learning/Recruitment from July 2003 to December 2004.

Maria Terry Careaga completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Córdoba, from the years 1995 to 2000. Maria then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from IEC-Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, from the years 2001 to 2002.
