Susan Etkind

Susan joined Prosek Partners in 2000 and leads the firm’s content team. She has more than two decades of experience in communications, marketing, public relations and journalism. She creates and executes communications plans for clients in financial services, insurance, banking, law and technology, and specializes in thought leadership, corporate positioning and branding, marketing, video storytelling and issues management.

Prior to joining Prosek, Susan was deputy director of public information for New Haven Mayor John DeStefano Jr. She was a reporter for The Connecticut Law Tribune and The Berkshire Eagle, a daily newspaper in Pittsfield, MA.

Susan earned a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in literature and creative writing from Hampshire College, in Amherst, MA.
