Prior to this role, Rick served as Vice President and Founding Partner at Invent Development Partners, LLC, where collaboration with a team of experienced professionals led to the successful execution of various real estate projects from concept to completion. Furthermore, Rick owned and operated Buckendorf Management, Inc., providing general contracting and consulting services from March 2008 to 2016, and held the position of COO at R.A. Nelson & Associates, overseeing regional operations and marketing for nearly 18 years.
