Steve Vanourny

Steve Vanourny is an experienced financial services executive currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Product Development, Strategy, and Corporate Development at ProShares since July 2022. With a notable background in leadership roles, Steve co-founded Continuum Capital Managers and served as its President from January 2015 to June 2022, successfully executing over eight transactions in boutique asset management. Prior roles include Global Head of Investment Analytics and Global Head of Strategy at State Street, where Steve played a critical role in launching State Street Alpha. Additional experience includes partnership at Partners Capital Investment Group and leadership at McKinsey & Company, focusing on asset and wealth management.
