Dennis McLaughlin is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer at ProShop ERP since May 2023, previously serving as a Software Developer and Test Automation Engineer at Rewind from October 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included creating SaaS API integrations and developing an integration test strategy using Selenium WebDriver and Taiko. Prior experience includes a Senior QA Engineer role at Assent Compliance Inc from December 2015 to October 2018, where Dennis expanded the QA department, and a Test Engineer position at CNW Group from January 2008 to December 2015, focusing on testing a SaaS media and brand monitoring platform. Dennis began a career at NetManage from September 1999 to November 2007, initially providing technical support and later transitioning to QA for usability and performance testing. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lakehead University.
