James Cook is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing, project management, and customer service. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at ProShop ERP since July 2023, James previously held various roles at Trulife Engineered Solutions from December 2017 to July 2023, culminating in the position of Manufacturing Planner. James's career began as a machinist and progressed through roles in purchasing, assembly leadership, and manufacturing planning, with responsibilities including project management and contract review. Additional experience includes customer service at Icom America Inc., technical publications at AR Modular RF, document control at Tect Aerospace, and teaching at Bellingham Technical College. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University.
