Patrick Walling

Patrick Walling is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, where since February 2010, expertise has been demonstrated in the Private Credit Group, focusing on lender-side representation in middle-market debt finance transactions. Specialties include holdco, mezzanine, second lien, and unitranche financing for various corporate purposes, such as dividend recapitalizations and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a Staff Advocate at the Conservation Law Foundation from November 2009 to February 2010 and gained experience as a Summer Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in 2008. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Boston College, where participation in the Honors Program was undertaken (2002-2006).
