Paul Tannenbaum

Paul Tannenbaum is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, having joined in June 2023, following a tenure as Partner at Mayer Brown from August 2018 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Fried Frank, where the focus was on Finance, and holding the position of Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells, specializing in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance. Paul also worked as a Legal Secondee at Lloyds Banking Group, providing support in the same finance area.
