Lisa Quambusch Gil

Lisa Quambusch Gil has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa began their career in 2014 as an intern at Bosch Security Systems, where they gained experience in personnel development and administration. In 2015, they worked at Jonas Better Place GmbH in integration management before transitioning to a role in project management personnel development. In 2016, Lisa joined Robert Bosch Limited as an intern in HR country management. Lisa then moved to Jonas Better Place Stiftung gGmbH in 2017 as a pedagogical care employee. In the same year, they also started working at Proske as a human resources generalist, where they were responsible for recruiting, HR digitalization, and HR consulting. Lisa later became the team lead of people operations at magnid in 2020 and eventually progressed to the role of director of people operations at Proske in 2022.

Lisa Quambusch Gil completed their education at the University of Groningen. Lisa earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from 2011 to 2014. Lisa further pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lisa also obtained additional certifications. Lisa received a certificate in "Personalmanagement" from the IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in 2018. In 2016, they also became a certified "Coach of Young Professionals" through the University of Groningen.
